Northwich Retail Park proposed fresh new look

Plans suggest a new Costa Coffee store to be built.

Recent location plans have been submitted to Chester West and Chester council with regards to an overhaul to the Northwich Retail Park.

New Signage Suggests New Costa?

The proposed plans for signage suggests a new Costa Coffee retail store will be build on the current overflow car park after an application for planning permission was submitted in January.

The new development will be the first coffee shop on site, and the 4th costa in northwich. It is hoped to keep the Northwich Retail Park an interesting place to visit and browse, with the existing Currys PC World, B&Q, Next, etc. The Costa Coffee with the recently added McDonalds and the existing Costa in the neighbouring Tesco may seem like over saturation.

We have included plans for the new signage below.
